I will start of with the Sleek FaceForm Contouring and Blush Pallete in the shade medium. From left to right: contour shade, highlight shade and blush shade. I've already used the contour shade a few times and it is honestly one of the best ones I have used. The colour pay off is unbelievable. The colour comes of so strong, but obviously not completely strong but you still would have to blend after contouring. I haven't really used the highlight shade or blush shade yet but what I can tell from the swatch they are very pigmented and I can't wait to use them.
This is the Make Up Academy Professional Eye Palette in Dusk Til Dawn. The colours ago from right to left in the order of how they are in the pallete. I have used quite a few colours from this pallete already but the one I have used the most is the black shimmering colour. I would do my typical brown smokey eye since it is more subtle for college than my regular dark black smokey eyes. Then after that I added a little bit of this black colour into the outer v and it created a little more depth without being too overpowering. Once again the colour pay off is unbelievable and I just love this pallete and can't wait to start using more of the colours.
This is the Make Up Academy Pro Pallete in Going for Gold. I have to say the reason I got attracted to buy this is that the colours look so gorgeous, versatile and to me they seem you can use a lot of them, no matter what your skin tone is. The colours are very blend-able and really easy to work with, even though I've only used one or two of the shades yet. I have to say MUA eyeshadows are very very pigmented. I would honestly recommend any MUA pallete to everyone, but obviously since I have these two, I would really recommend these 2 palletes.
Now this is the Sleek Shimmer Blush in Pomegranate. Oh my gosh, all I can say is I love this blush so much that it has actually become my everyday blush. I have literally been using it everyday for college because it adds a real nice flush of colour. It can be quite bright and overpowering but it all depends on how heavily you apply it and I apply it quite gently handed. So as you can see from the awkward swatch, it is a pretty bright colour, considering my skin tone but I feel it would work with a variety of skin tones since it looks quite natural on my cheeks.
And finally the last product is MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle. Now this is a brilliant highlighter and a lot of people do talk about it so I was very happy being able to buy it. I mentioned in the video that the makeup artist used it on me when she did my makeup for the wedding whilst I was in Bradford. I haven't been able to to use this often as it is a bit extra to use it as a highlight everyday but the few times I have used it, I love the glow it gives to my cheekbones without being overpowering at all. Again it has superb pigmentation, I'm sure it will last a long time and I hope it will stay as a favourite highlighter.
Now that is all dudes and I am terribly sorry it took me like forever to get this post up but what with college assignments and studying, I really kind of forgot about it and once I did remember I couldn't find the time to sit down and finish it off so this is being put up very late but I hope you will appreciate the effort that I tried to put in and I hope you guys understand the lack of posts/videos is only due to the fact that I'm not able to organise slots for my blogging/youtube into my timetable yet. But I promise I shall sort it out :)
Anyways it's like 02.25am right now so I think I should sleep since I have some hardcore studying to do tomorrow so I'll talk to you guys real soon mwah :) xoxo
